Times for Clearwater Beach, FL:
4 pm: 10K & 5K
(ages 5 and up)
3:00 pm: 1 Mile Fun Run
(Age 4 to 9 years old. Over 9 years old must do the 5k.)
General parking is not free in the Clearwater Beach. Please bring cash and or credit cards to be prepared to pay for parking. For ease with parking, carpool and arrive an 1.5 to 1 hour early. Remember to stretch, hydrate and enjoy the pre-race events)
The National Anthem will be sung as the Parachute team assembles to display one of the most amazing jumps on Clearwater Beach. Get ready for one amazing start to a race and a great day for everyone!

The 10K and 5K course is an out and back, starting at the Beach Walk in front of the Hyatt Hotel, throughout the boardwalk area, over the Memorial Causeway for the 10K, through the neighborhood on Peachtree and back to the Beach Walk to finish. Finishing awards will be given on the beach on the Acuvue blue carpet south of the pier.
Jacksonville Beach, FL
The 5K course is an out and back, starting in front of the Four Points Sheraton hotel. Run along the beautiful, hard packed, low tide Jacksonville Beach sand down to 25th Ave South and back to the Finish Line. This is a perfect, wide-open, safe beach course for running.
What do I get with my registration?
All 10K & 5K participants receive one finishing prize per registration. Choose either a hand made necklace , sunglass or G-SHOCK watch during your online registration. Women can choose either a stylish tank top or t-shirt. Men will receive a t-shirt. Free photos of provided that your bib # is clearly showing, free food and beverages, free yoga on the beach, free parajumpers.
1 Mile Fun Run:
Age 4 to 9.
The 1 Mile Fun Run will receive a shirt at packet pick-up and NEVER QUIT Sharks Tooth Necklace at the finish line.
If your child would like the necklace or sunglasses, they will have to complete the 5K or the TRIDENT. (They must be of age to complete the 5K or TRIDENT. For the 5k it is 5 years or older)
It will be a summer run, so remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

What is the minimum age for the 1 Mile Fun run?:
4 years with parent
What is the minimum age for the 5K
5 years old with parent running/walking with you.
What is the minimum age for the 5K portion of the TRIDENT Relay?
5 years old
What is the minimum age for the TRIDENT Swim and Paddle?
11 years old
Can we have a stroller in the run?
Yes, but you need to be in the very back of the group of runners. ie., at the back of the start line.
