Please make sure that you are fit and able to handle this level of exercise.  Are you a person who exercises regularly and can handle these events?  If you answered “no” or are “not sure”, we ask that you make an appointment with your doctor or CareSpot and be cleared before you do any of these NEVER QUIT challenges.
